System: Wet hair, then apply a generous amount of Keratin For Hair Clarifying Shampoo and massage hair and scalp to a rich lather, leave on hair for 2 minutes, rinse well in luke warm water. For those using the shampoo without a treatment, use this shampoo once a week at the most. If you hair is dry, use every 2 weeks.
